Hi Everyone,
The cold Winter months have gone...Brush your tents,
campervans and trailers off and start camping! I reckon it's one of
the best times of the year to get out and have a bit of fun. Not too
hot during the day and cool enough to get some sleep at night. Of
course that is helped by light refreshments around the fire!
Grilla Run
We are running the Grilla night run this month. So if you haven't
booked already get on the phone now! The run is as hard as you want to
make it and you meet all sorts of different but like minded people!
Tough Tracks Round 3
We hosted a round of the Tough Tracks competition at the end of
September. For those of you that have not been and seen one before it
has to be one of the most spectator friendly events to watch.
Basically you don't have to move! All the competitors put on a great
show and it was really good to be able to see Trophy and Challenge class on
the Saturday driving side by side on the same hill. If you haven't had

Brisbane DA
Brisbane 4x4 Club again visited the Springs for their driver awareness
weekend. Another great turnout and well done! I went to watch
the DA and ended up being snatched for practise and I now know how to
fix a bent rear end of a Disco, courtesy of Danny Powers.
Xmas and New Year 2008
Make sure you keep an eye on our website if you want to join in on the
celebrations this year. We are in the planning stage and hope we can
let you know what's going on in the next few weeks. New Year gets
bigger and better year by year...this year will definitely be different from
previous ones!
