The Springs 4X4 Park

1. QLD Road Rules apply in the Park.
2. No riding on trays of vehicles. All passengers must have a seat.
3. Seatbelts or other restraints are to be worn when vehicle is in motion.
4. Keep speed to a maximum of 20km/h on tracks.
5. No Donuts are to be performed in camping areas as grass is precious. Please use play area provided at own risk.
6. Night driving is by appointment only.
7. Beer O’Clock Hill  is to be driven only under management supervision.
8. No firearms, crossbows or fireworks permitted on property.
9. No dragging of logs behind vehicles for firewood.
10. Any areas that are barricaded and designated NO ENTRY must be abided by at all times.
11. If your vehicle is inadvertently stranded, a recovery fee applies payable in advance.

13. All instructions from park staff or management are to be complied with immediatley.
14. All vehicles must keep to the designated 4wd tracks at all times.

CAMP SITE RULES

1. All vehicles must travel at maximum 5km/h in campgrounds.
2. Campfires are permitted but must use existing fire pits and kept safe and fully extinguished when finished. Bottles and cans are not to be put in fires.
3. Firewood can be collected from general area, but no living trees are to be cut down.
4. Children under 16 to be supervised by adult when using amenities.
5. Do not wash dishes in toilet block.
6. Chemical toilets ARE NOT to be emptied anywhere on property,especially our toilets block as the chemicals will destroy the bio eco system of the amenities. Anyone caught disposing of their chemicals will face the cost of replacing the system.  Don’t destroy what you have come to enjoy.
7. Campgrounds are not vehicle playgrounds. No driving on stumps, in creeks or on banks at campground.
8. Generators and loud music are not permitted after 9pm.

10. No new fire pits are to be put in.
11. These rules are in place to ensure the enjoyment, comfort & safety of all patrons.  Please be considerate of all others.
12. A Breach of any of the above rules will result in a warning or possible removal from the park at the discretion of the park staff or management. In addition the patron shall forfeit any monies paid.
